Holding dual citizenship in the European Union and the United States, Dr. Powell excels at navigating the complexities of international business. His extensive banking experience and thorough knowledge of federal and state securities laws, compliance, and negotiations complement his expertise in raising capital for early-stage startups, foreign direct investment, and the financial structuring of large projects.
Dr. Thomas J. Powell holds an MBA, has completed graduate studies in international development at Harvard University, and earned a degree from the Pritzker School of Law. He is a Doctor of Law and Policy, having completed his research at Northeastern University on middle-income workforce housing (MIWH) shortages in rural resort communities.
